Khanyisa obtained her B Com. (Law) LLB from the University of the Western and has since joined Ebi Okeng Attorneys Incorporated. Khanyisa’s specific interest resides in the areas of Contract, Labour litigation, Divorce, Maintenance, Bail Application, Hostile Takeover, CCMA litigation, wills, and estates. She is also practising in the general areas of Road Accident Fund, Constitutional and Human Right Litigation as well as General Criminal and Civil litigation matters.

Khanyisa is ambitious, enthusiastic about the protection of Women’s and Children’s Rights, and continuously strives for the development and protection of the law, especially regarding children’s rights and prevention. During her years of study, Khanyisa contributed immensely to the student by working at a student-led NPO which offered free legal representation to learners of Basic Education. Email:
